TYPES OF ONLINE JOBS

1. Voice

*online jobs like online teaching (with script and platform), also requires headset.

2. Non-voice

*video editing, writing, e-commerce, virtual assistant, social media marketing.

3. Mixed

*VA or Gen VA - like online secretary with task to do file management and appointment setting

*possible also to call clients

Online jobs are remote jobs, home based.

WHAT IS AN ONLINE FREELANCER?

An online freelancer is an independent contractor that can work for one or more clients. Though some clients wants exclusive contract.

DIRECT CLIENT vs AGENCY

When you are working with Direct Client you are direct with the owner and all salary is with you, same as if with problem or troubles, it will only be you.

While Agency has its own HR and with payroll.

TYPES OF EMPLOYERS

1. Executive/Professional - CEO/Attorney

2. Business Owners - traditional business now digitizing their business (now with website, e-commerce like shopee, shopify or amazon) that needs VA for their business.

3. Any individuals - authors
