Before you became an eBay manager, you should know how to list product or drop ship.

Listing is one of our major task

1. You should be leading the VA.

*Sometimes you will be the one who will list and do the drop shipping.

*It can be the two of you, or it will you alone to the listing and drop ship and you will do all around and what's good is you will have high pay than the drop shipper.

2. Order Fulfillment 

*Client will give you their access on their amazon account - as long as client will give you verification code.

*You will do the shipping directly to client

3. E-mail Chat Support 

*You will be the one who will directly answer customer complaint

*we have AI or recorded reply 

4. Return and refund

*you will be the one to manage this.

*need to have the items first from the buyer prior to refund

*client will have instruction on basis of return or refund.

*every details client should be aware on their online store

5. Tracking Order

*you will be the one to input tracking no. and input already shipped

*client sometimes have tracking no.

6. Cashback

*clients discount when he/she buys from his supplier

* like vouchers in Lazada, 5% or 10% percent for every items you are doing in order fulfillment

Note: You may all do this but sometimes client will do some of this. If you will not do this all, you just need to report everything to clients.
